I think I've improved my grammar while speaking substantially, so I would like to focus mostly on speed. Not just the speed of actually saying the words, but I would also like to reduce the time between when I hear something, and when I start speaking.
I've learned a lot of new grammar recently, so I've fallen back into the trap of trying to translate English into Japanese, because that's what I do to learn grammar and practice writing.
Methods to Achieving my Goals:
1. Come to office hours every week
2. Go to Japanese table every week (maybe both of them?)
3. Continue Skyping people from Japan
