PE Goals
I've been happy with my progress so far with my speaking, so I don't see a reason to change my goals. I've been going to Japanese table and speaking with friends three or four times per week, and then going to office hours when I can, so I'd like to continue that.
I've realized that it's okay that my speaking and reading skills are diverging, because people don't really speak and read/write in the same way. I'm not too concerned anymore about trying to put more grammar into my speaking, and instead focusing on just being able to express everything that I want to say.

PE Goals
I think I've improved my grammar while speaking substantially, so I would like to focus mostly on speed. Not just the speed of actually saying the words, but I would also like to reduce the time between when I hear something, and when I start speaking.
I've learned a lot of new grammar recently, so I've fallen back into the trap of trying to translate English into Japanese, because that's what I do to learn grammar and practice writing.
Methods to Achieving my Goals:
1. Come to office hours every week
2. Go to Japanese table every week (maybe both of them?)
3. Continue Skyping people from Japan
